CRM Administrator

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Administrator reports to the Vice President of Product Strategy and will be located in Melbourne, Florida. This position will be responsible for maintaining the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and its associated marketing automation tool (Pardot).

CRM Administrator duties include, but not limited to:

  • Import contact data from aviation and business databases into the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Support the Sales team by partnering with the IT department or the software company to solve user’s problems.
  • Train Divisional Offices on the CRM system (Salesforce) system’s use and capabilities.
  • Help identify and assist with system enhancement roadmap.
  • Extract data from CRM system (Salesforce) to support worldwide marketing campaigns and effectively meet deadlines
  • Identify ways to help divisional sales offices maximize the CRM system (Salesforce) system.
  • Ensure Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly.
    • Ensure Aircraft Delivery Reports are produced on a timely manner and accurately
    • Prepare procedural documents to support user’s needs.

In addition, the CRM Administrator will assist the Vice President of Product Strategy with developing new lead generating ideas and initiatives particularly in respect to shows and events, co-marketing, geo-targeting, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine best methodology to answer inquires and executes impressively.
  • Coordinate with sales and other internal teams, as required.
  • Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to enter or update contact data.
  • Manage her / his time and work responsibilities effectively to complete all assignments in a timely manner.
  • Establish rapport with sales teams and other departments to ensure a sense of team in all assignments and daily operations.
  • Develop industry-leading capabilities commensurate with the technology of Aerion products and services particularly recognizing the level of sophistication and value of our prospects and customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Salesforce in particular
  • Thorough understanding of marketing automation tools, preferably Pardot
  • Ability to find additional pertinent data sources and innovative ways to generate lead data.
  • Proven track record of successfully working autonomously, while enjoying the opportunity to work on a team-based tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Proven experience in a global environment working with customers and suppliers
  • Strong/proven problem solving skills across multi-disciplinary skill sets and ability to function in a start-up environment
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication open and clients satisfied

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator required, Certified Salesforce Developer preferred and Certified  Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience configuring, testing, documenting and supporting the Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with marketing automation systems required, with Pardot strongly preferred
  • Experience within business aviation highly desired
